Return Policy

We aim to have our customers fully satisfied with their orders. If there is any problem with your order please contact us at info@starwine.com or 845-782-5460 We will only accept returns if the wine is spoiled. If your order has been damaged we will reship the wine if possible or refund by the original payment. We must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of your order. If any order has been sent back beyond our control due to no one home , no one 21 or over, invalid address, etc. you will be responsible for the cost of the shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
